I first discovered Yoga in the late 1990's and I have been teaching Hatha Yoga since 2004.  I am a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher & Class Instructor and. I am also qualified as a Professional Relaxation Therapist, Reiki Master, and in other holistic therapies.

Yoga tones & strengthens the body by relaxing and releasing the tightness & tension in muscles creating suppleness and flexibility.  It also quietens and focuses the mind making us more aware of our mental & physical state.

Yoga teaches us how to relax and breathe more deeply - essential in today’s busy world, helping us to cope better with what life throws at us!

Each class has a warm up, with a mixture of supine, seated, kneeling & standing poses, with an element of flow, ending with relaxation, aiming to help you feel a heightened sense of well-being.

I want people to realise that everyone can do yoga – not just supple people.  The benefits are enormous.
